The basics

regions.gg is operated by Exit 5 Games ("we", "us"). By using the site or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Accounts

Accounts are created by signing in with Discord, Steam, or Epic Games. You're responsible for the security of those provider accounts. You can link multiple providers to one account, and you can delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.

Community conduct

Feedback and comments are for talking about the game. Don't post anything harassing, hateful, illegal, spammy, or that isn't yours to share. We moderate at our discretion — content may be hidden or removed, and repeat or serious violations can end an account.

Your feedback

You own what you write. By posting feedback, comments, or votes, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content on the site and — because this is a development community — to freely use any ideas or suggestions in Regions or related projects, without compensation or obligation. That's the deal that lets community feedback actually shape the game.

The roadmap is not a promise

The devlog, roadmap, and feature pages describe a game in active development. Cards, dates, features, and plans are honest snapshots of intent, not commitments — things get cut, changed, and reordered. Don't make purchasing decisions based on planned features.

Playtesting

Playtest signups are requests, not guarantees — we select testers as rounds open. Specific playtests may carry additional terms (like confidentiality) presented at the time.

Third-party services

Signing in and wishlisting involve Discord, Valve (Steam), Epic Games, and YouTube under their own terms. Steam and the Steam logo are trademarks of Valve Corporation; Discord, Epic Games, and Unreal Engine are trademarks of their respective owners.

No warranties; limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exit 5 Games is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to $50 USD.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date above reflects the latest revision. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them. Questions: hello@regions.gg.
